How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Most US orders arrive within 8–12 days of being placed.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum spend.

Do you ship to all 50 states?
Yes, including Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery to AK and HI can take a few days longer.

Products

How long does the battery last?
Our cordless products run for approximately 2–3 hours per full charge, depending on the heat and intensity setting used. Not every product in the range is cordless — check the product page for details.

Can I use these every day?
Yes. We suggest sessions of 15–20 minutes. If you have a circulatory condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from an injury, please check with your doctor first.

How do I clean them?
Wipe the fabric with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry. Do not machine wash or submerge any product containing electronics.

Returns

What is your return policy?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we will take you through your options. Please do not post anything back before speaking to us — unsolicited returns cannot be accepted. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

My order arrived damaged or faulty. What do I do?
Send us your order number, a photo or short video showing the problem, and a photo of the shipping label on the box. There is nothing for you to send back — keep or recycle the item and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
