This Privacy Policy explains how Senaira ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit or make a purchase from [senaira.com] (the "Site").

Senaira is operated from New Zealand. Our products are shipped by a fulfilment partner based in the United States, and most of our customers are currently based in the United States.

By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

• Shipping and billing address
• Order and payment information (payment card details are processed directly by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers)

• Service providers who help us run the business — our e-commerce platform (Shopify, including its role in powering our AI-assisted chat, described below), payment processor, and the third-party suppliers who fulfil and ship your order
• Advertising and analytics platforms (Meta, TikTok, and similar) — this sharing may be considered a "share" of personal information for targeted advertising under some state privacy laws (see Your Privacy Choices below)
• Legal and safety purposes — where required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Senaira, our customers or others

We do not knowingly share personal information with anyone outside these purposes.

AI-Assisted Chat

We use Shopify to power AI-assisted chat on our Site. When you message us through this chat, Shopify processes your chat communications to generate responses on our behalf and to improve the quality of the chat feature over time. Your conversation history is retained and accessible to us.

AI-generated responses are provided to help answer common questions quickly. They may occasionally be inaccurate, and for anything specific to your order, health, or product suitability, we recommend confirming directly with our team at support@senaira.com.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device that help the Site function, remember your preferences, and measure how the Site is used. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may not work as intended if you do.
