How to use

Plug it in, then wrap each leg so it sits snug but not tight and pick your mode and intensity on the remote.

Sessions of 15–20 minutes suit most people. Set the timer on the remote and it switches itself off at the end. If you are pregnant, have a circulatory condition, or are recovering from an injury, check with your doctor first.

Materials & care

Wipe the fabric with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry. Never machine wash or submerge any part containing electronics.

Store somewhere dry and charge every few months if not in regular use.

Does it need charging?

No. It is mains powered and plugs into a wall outlet, so there is no battery to run down.

Does it cover the foot as well as the calf?

Yes. One wrap covers both — the cyclic air compression runs from the calf down through the foot. It does not extend above the knee.

Will it fit my legs?

The wraps are adjustable and suit a range of leg sizes. Each one is 28″ long, and the pair weighs 3.4 lb.

Will it turn itself off?

Yes. Set the timer on the remote — ten, twenty, thirty or forty minutes — and it stops on its own. The same remote changes the mode and intensity, so you never have to get up to reach it.
