Safety

• Auto shut-off: After 15 minutes, so it stops itself if you drift off
• Protection: Overheat cut-out, and you can switch it off by hand at any time

Plug it in and settle it over your neck and shoulders so it sits snug but not tight. The four buttons on the controller run in the order you will use them.

• Top button — power: switches the massager on, and off again when you are done.
• Second button — direction: changes which way the rollers turn, clockwise or in reverse.
• Third button — intensity: steps through the three speeds, low, medium and high.
• Bottom button — heat: turns the gentle warmth on or off.

We suggest sessions of 15–20 minutes. If you are pregnant, have a circulatory condition, or are recovering from an injury, check with your doctor first.

Wipe the fabric with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry. Never machine wash or submerge any part containing electronics.

Store somewhere dry, with the cable loosely coiled rather than wound tight around the unit.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Most US orders arrive within 8–12 days of being placed. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii can take a few days longer.

Shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum spend.

Returns and refunds

Whatever the reason, start by getting in touch. Contact us with your order number within 30 days of delivery and we will take you through your options.

Please do not post anything back to us before speaking to our support team. Our products ship direct from our fulfilment partner, so unsolicited returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted or refunded.

Damaged, faulty, or the wrong item

If your order arrives broken, faulty, or is not what you ordered, send us:

• your order number
• a photo or short video showing the problem
• a photo of the shipping label on the box

That is everything we need. There is nothing for you to send back — keep the item or recycle it, and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund straight away.

Changed your mind

If the item simply is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will find a resolution that works. We will refund 40% of what you paid and the product is yours to keep. Because these products ship internationally, posting an item back is usually slower and more expensive than the alternatives we can offer you. Simply talk to us first, and we will run through the process with you.
