Charge fully before first use. Fit the wrap so it sits snug but not tight, then choose your heat and intensity setting.

The four buttons

• Power (top) — hold for 2 seconds to turn the wrap on or off.
• Vibration (left) — press to cycle through three levels: green (light), blue (medium), red (strong).
• Heat (right) — press to cycle through three levels: green (warm), blue (medium), red (hot).
• Air compression (bottom) — press to cycle through two levels: green, then blue, then off.

We suggest sessions of 15–20 minutes. If you are pregnant, have a circulatory condition, or are recovering from an injury, check with your doctor first.

Wipe the fabric with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry. Never machine wash or submerge any part containing electronics.

Store somewhere dry and charge every few months if not in regular use.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Most US orders arrive within 8–12 days of being placed. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii can take a few days longer.

Shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum spend.

Returns and refunds

Whatever the reason, start by getting in touch. Contact us with your order number within 30 days of delivery and we will take you through your options.

Please do not post anything back to us before speaking to our support team. Our products ship direct from our fulfilment partner, so unsolicited returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted or refunded.

Damaged, faulty, or the wrong item

If your order arrives broken, faulty, or is not what you ordered, send us:

• your order number
• a photo or short video showing the problem
• a photo of the shipping label on the box

That is everything we need. There is nothing for you to send back — keep the item or recycle it, and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund straight away.

Changed your mind

If the item simply is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will find a resolution that works. We will refund 40% of what you paid and the product is yours to keep. Because these products ship internationally, posting an item back is usually slower and more expensive than the alternatives we can offer you. Simply talk to us first, and we will run through the process with you.
