The metal button at the base turns it on. Each press moves it up a speed — 1,800 rpm, then 2,100, then 2,500, then 3,200 — and a fifth press switches it off.

Fit the head you want, start on the lowest gear, and move it slowly over the muscle rather than holding it in one spot. Work up a gear at a time until it feels right.

A minute or two per area is enough. Keep it on muscle and off bone and joints. If you are pregnant, have a circulatory condition, or are recovering from an injury, check with your doctor first.

Wipe the body and the heads with a dry or barely damp cloth. Never submerge it or run water into the head fitting.

Store somewhere dry and charge every few months if not in regular use.

Most US orders arrive within 8–12 days of being placed. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii can take a few days longer.

Returns and refunds

Whatever the reason, start by getting in touch. Contact us with your order number within 30 days of delivery and we will take you through your options.

Please do not post anything back to us before speaking to our support team. Our products ship direct from our fulfilment partner, so unsolicited returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted or refunded.

Damaged, faulty, or the wrong item

If your order arrives broken, faulty, or is not what you ordered, send us:

• your order number
• a photo or short video showing the problem
• a photo of the shipping label on the box

That is everything we need. There is nothing for you to send back — keep the item or recycle it, and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund straight away.

Changed your mind

If the item simply is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will find a resolution that works. We will refund 40% of what you paid and the product is yours to keep. Because these products ship internationally, posting an item back is usually slower and more expensive than the alternatives we can offer you. Simply talk to us first, and we will run through the process with you.
