How to use

Centre the lumbar pad over the small of your back, then fasten the belt so it sits firm but still lets you breathe easily. Pull the side straps in when you want more support.

Wear it for the work that needs it — long spells on your feet, or heavy lifting — rather than all day. If you are pregnant or recovering from a back injury, check with your doctor first.

Materials & care

Hand wash in cool water with mild soap and air dry flat. Do not tumble dry, iron, or bleach — heat weakens both the elastic and the support stays.

Store it flat or loosely rolled rather than folded, so the stays keep their shape.

Most US orders arrive within 8–12 days of being placed. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii can take a few days longer.

Returns and refunds

Please do not post anything back to us before speaking to our support team. Our products ship direct from our fulfilment partner, so unsolicited returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted or refunded.

  • a photo or short video showing the problem
  • a photo of the shipping label on the box

That is everything we need. There is nothing for you to send back — keep the item or recycle it, and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund straight away.

Changed your mind

If the item simply is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will find a resolution that works. We will refund 40% of what you paid and the product is yours to keep. Because these products ship internationally, posting an item back is usually slower and more expensive than the alternatives we can offer you.
