How to use

Centre the lumbar pad over the small of your back, then fasten the belt so it sits firm but still lets you breathe easily. Pull the side straps in when you want more support.

Wear it for the work that needs it — long spells on your feet, or heavy lifting — rather than all day. If you are pregnant or recovering from a back injury, check with your doctor first.

Materials & care

Hand wash in cool water with mild soap and air dry flat. Do not tumble dry, iron, or bleach — heat weakens both the elastic and the support stays.

Store it flat or loosely rolled rather than folded, so the stays keep their shape.
