How to use

Warm a few drops between your palms first, then work it in with slow, steady pressure. A little goes further than you would think, so start with less and add more if you want it.

It is best on skin that is already warm — straight out of the shower, or once a wrap comes off. It sinks in within a minute or two, so there is nothing to wipe away afterwards. For external use only: keep it away from eyes and broken skin, and try a little on your forearm first if your skin is easily upset.

Materials & care

Lavender and thyme in a light carrier oil. Two fluid ounces, made in the USA, with no preservatives and no artificial colour. There is a tamper seal under the cap, so you will know the bottle arrives unopened.

Keep the cap screwed down and store it somewhere cool and out of direct sun — that is what keeps the scent true. Oil and fabric are not friends, so blot any spills on sheets or upholstery before they soak in.

Most US orders arrive within 8–12 days of being placed. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii can take a few days longer.

Returns and refunds

Whatever the reason, start by getting in touch. Contact us with your order number within 30 days of delivery and we will take you through your options.

Please do not post anything back to us before speaking to our support team. Our products ship direct from our fulfilment partner, so unsolicited returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted or refunded.

Damaged, faulty, or the wrong item

If your order arrives broken, faulty, or is not what you ordered, send us:

a photo or short video showing the problem
a photo of the shipping label on the box

That is everything we need. There is nothing for you to send back — keep the item or recycle it, and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund straight away.

Changed your mind

If the item simply is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will find a resolution that works. We will refund 40% of what you paid and the product is yours to keep. Because these products ship internationally, posting an item back is usually slower and more expensive than the alternatives we can offer you. Simply talk to us first, and we will run through the process with you.
